Terms of Service
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Enpulse platform, products, and services, including hardware, software, applications, and any future modules (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Enpulse Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Enpulse Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms apply to all current and future Enpulse modules, including but not limited to:
- Enpulse Solar (hardware + software)
- Enpulse Envision (hardware + software)
- Enpulse Lite (software-only)
- Enpulse Manager (software-only)
3. Eligibility
Enpulse Services are available to both individuals and companies worldwide. There are no age restrictions, but users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws when using the Services.
4. Hardware Ownership & Responsibilities
When you purchase Enpulse hardware, ownership transfers to you upon delivery and full payment.
You are responsible for:
- Proper installation (by qualified personnel if required)
- Safe use of hardware in accordance with local regulations and manufacturer guidelines
Green Energy Pal d.o.o. is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or integration with non-compatible systems.
5. Software License
The Enpulse software and applications are licensed, not sold. By using the software, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the software
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals
- Hardware purchases include a 1-year software subscription by default.
- After the first year, software subscription must be renewed annually (manual or automatic renewal available).
- Software-only applications (Enpulse Lite, Enpulse Manager) may be sold as one-time licenses with optional upgrades or upsell modules.
- Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on region.
7. Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of delivery (hardware) or activation (software subscription), without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at legal@gep.energy before the 14-day period expires.
Refunds will be processed according to EU and Croatian consumer protection laws.
If you have begun using the software during the cooling-off period, you may owe a proportionate fee for the period used.
8. Warranty
Enpulse hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty claims must be submitted via support@gep.energy.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Energy Pal d.o.o. shall not be liable for:
- Energy losses or financial damages arising from use or non-use of the Services
- Data loss
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to EUR 500 per user, regardless of the cause of action.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.
Our data collection and processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability & Suspension
Enpulse Services are provided on a best-effort basis without guaranteed uptime.
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access if you fail to pay subscription fees or violate these Terms
- Perform maintenance or upgrades that may temporarily disrupt service
12. Termination
You may stop using Enpulse Services at any time.
Green Energy Pal d.o.o. may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses security, legal, or operational risk.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under Croatian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Commercial Court in Zagreb, Croatia.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes.
We will notify you by email and via a notice on our website before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
